Please, send your $50 membership dues to the mailing address below with our membership form (PDF) OR fill in the online form and pay with PayPal or your credit card. If you send in a check and the check is returned for “insufficient funds”, you will be responsible for the bank service charge fee.

The base amount for dues is $50 per year and there is a $3 processing fee for using PayPal. The amount you enter MUST BE = $53.00. Donations to make Columbine Knolls a better place to live are also accepted. Any amount over $53.00 will be considered a donation.
