Property Improvement Request - PIPSA

The completed “Property Improvement Plans Submissions and Approvals Form (PIPSA)” and all supporting documentation and samples shall be submitted to Columbine Knolls Homeowners Association (CKHA). The requested work on the PIPSA may not begin until approved by the ACC. All questions about the PIPSA process should be emailed to knollscolumbinehoa@gmail.com. In the subject line of your email put PIPSA.

 Roofs do not require Architectural Control Committee (ACC) PIPSA approval.  Recent hailstorms have damaged roofs that may require replacement.  If you find that you will need a roof replacement you do NOT need to obtain approval through the PIPSA process. 

Solar Panels that are flush with the roof do NOT need ACC PIPSA approval.  However, if the solar panels are raised, then a PIPSA is required.
